About

Coffee by morning. A stage by night.

JÄAD (จ๊าด) reopened with one idea at the center of the rebuild: don't build two venues, build one room that knows what time it is. Mornings run on warm wood, white subway tile, and a La Marzocco machine: bright, counter-service calm built for coffee and a slow start.

By dusk the same room turns over. Deep red and amber replace the daylight, paper lanterns go up, and the counter gives way to a lounge with its own DJ booth and stage. The crowd changes with the light, but the address, the tables, and the room itself never do.

We didn't want two restaurants. We wanted one room that knows what time it is.

There's an outdoor patio too, strung with lights for the evening crowd who'd rather be outside while the set plays inside.
